    Customers
    Orders

    Beautiful Work Guys!!!

I hope you shut down cart2cart as they are full of shit, I wrote you guys about a month ago when I had asked PRESALE questions about their import tools for MULTISITE. I was promised and took screenshots before purchase that it was no issues at all.

I paid transferred and only activated the plugin on the subsite it was going importing into.
File path, site path everything was correct. and yet their DB script sent the products and all the customers was sent to my ROOT multisite causing many issues. and Still not sure its cleaned out.

Their response took 6 emails to support and 7 days later I was offered $100 extra fee for them to move it to the subsite no clean up for their mistakes nor any appologies for their sales staff literary lying to me as he didnt know what he was saying and they knew very well that this was going to happen.

Anyways I want to thank you again for ansewering that first PRESALE question to you and for building such a great tool which worked so well.

    THANK YOU

NOW here is some additional Questions reg 1.1.3 I need help with.

Anyways I had 2 tiny issues with the import and would like to know what you think.

    1. was it added a weight field to all the variants that was not existing in Shopify.
This is not a huge problem considering how well everything worked but can I fix that somehow?

    2. Now i just read your changelog for 1.1.3 and I see the Order Date was FIXED,
this was the secondd tiny issue as my clients accounting in WOO now says all the imprted orders are from 29th May 2019.

I am still developing this and wondering what happens if I import again? will it double or just update fields?

I would really love to give you a flawless review, so if this is not possible can I somehow remove everything I imported and run it again? its under 100 items (products orders )
Yet has alot of variations that I was dreading to Manually write along with the customer details.

Last which I think was fixed now also was that, all orders got set to ON HOLD. and since her old customers doesnt know we are updating to a better new store. I didnt want to trigger ordder completed emails whilst I am on DEV domain still until completed.

I disabled WOO confirmation emails to customers before I changed them. But if I now can remove the imported fields and RE-IMport that is if UPDATE fields doesnt work.

How do I get around this and move them all to Complete?

    Thanks Again
    M
