I have purchased the premium WooCommerce Abandoned Cart Recovery to send out SMS to abandoned checkouts.
After 3 days, there has been 0 outgoing SMS on my Twilio account. I have set up everything correctly and have checked the documentation about the API’s on Twilio and Bitly.
My SMS for Abandoned Cart has been enabled, the text SMS does arrive to my phone. However i can not test the actual cart recovery SMS content as the test email simply sends a “Hello, this is test sms message from Twilio”.
Under the reports, i can see numerous phone numbers on the abandoned checkouts.
Why is it not working?
