Some Plugin problems (review reply, review layout etc.)

Hello. I have been gathering some problems regarding the plugin; Thanks for your help and sorry for the long list.

1. how can i show a Add review reply button in the front end; (just like comments)
1.1 when i write review replys in backend they show in the product page but when i use the shortcode the replies dont show

2 How can I set the same width and height for reviews (mansory) OR crop to image to specific height when users upload-

3. cron error in email after button is clicked ( the wrong URL (http: ///wp-cron.php? Doing_wp_cron = 1584970417.0783770084381103515625 )

4 (etc). How can i sort / count reviews

5. How can i add asterix to UTF8 eg 알란 -> 알**
6. How to speed up uploading an image or add a loading indicator (currently it takes about 10seconds)
7. Hide image description with css without hiding (additional image button)
