Split products to standard products (no variation).

Hi there.

I have imported a product from Aliexpress which has multiple variations of color. I have used the split option to make each color a separate product. Now on the product page, I have to select an option (or mark it as default) for a single variation. Also on all other pages I see “select options” instead of “add to cart”.

Can you please advised how I can change these products from variable products to simple products, but keep the same sku and product link for aliexpress in the backend?
