Sporadic Ali product selection

Hi, since Saturday 26 we’ve noticed we can only select 3-6 rows using the Ali extension where previously this was 10 rows. We’ve re-installed the extension, de-activated and re-activated the plugin but no change. Refreshing the pages on Ali doesn’t bring up the full selection.

This was first noticed before we updated the plugin to the latest version.

Do you know what may be happening here? Also, is there any limitation from Ali for the total number of products that can be imported?
