Stars show different than actual user input

Hey there,

is it normal that the Plugin shows higher amount of stars?

For example: A customer ads 2 Stars review. Then in the frontend on the productit shows 2.5 stars.
For 3 stars it shows 4 stars… etc.

Is this a known?
