Styles for Variations

I can’t get my variations to look like the screenshots.

I have the pro version of the plugin installed, and my color variations are just big boxes with a lot of weird space. (See attached screenshot.) How do I get the smaller circles or cubes without big borders?

Is there a style export file you can send me that I can import?

Also, I can’t get the variations to display on the product home/archive/list pages at all. I’ve enabled it in the settings and confirmed those variations are in stock, but nothing shows up. How do I troubleshoot this?
