I have purchased your plugin from Codecanyon and I am encountering an issue. However, your site cannot verify my purchase code via Envato. I purchased the abandoned cart plugin andI am encountering the issue below when I log in to Facebook;

I have logged in using my Envato account, created an account and even tried it on incognito. I cannot get support and your site is not working. Please help.
