Sync orders is not working

    I placed an order by using the chrome extension on Aliexpress, but the order is still in the “to order” list without an order id.

    I tried to sync orders, but it does not update. Screenshot attached.
    I filled in the order ID manually, then the order status changed to “completed” and an email has been sent to the user.

    I changed the status to “Processing” and updated the “action” when Aliexpress ID filled in the order to mark the order as “processing”

    Note that the “Auto-sync products” is turned on.

    How to auto sync the orders (sync orders ID)?
