Test email has the correct information in but the real email has data missing?

Hi, I am using your plugin and have been getting emails from the client today saying that the customers are not receiving the information in the emails, when I go into the processing and complete order emails in templates and send myself a test it shows all of the information but not in the real world emails?
All of the missing information is generated from Gravity forms product addons but has been working?
