The Add to Cart is not working

Hey,

Please take a look at my website. I have all the products on the home page but when I add to cart it does not get added to cart and remains stuck can you please help me look into what is going on ?

Second question –
– How can I change the color of the cart icon ?
– How can I change the position of the cart icon ?
