The e-mail won’t show full payment information

Hi,
I can’t see module for it or the payment info module doesn’t work, but it doesn’t show payment information.

The screenshot is in czech, but it says:

Billing information
You can download an invoice for the order
[Payment information to download]

And I didn’t find anything to add this there.
