The Email for Abandoned Cart does not work

Hello,
I installed before some days the Pro version to my site. The abandoned carts are saved at wp-admin/admin.php?page=wacv_sections but the Email does not work.

Only if I send it manually.

In General tap it confirms that
“Your WP Cron is enabled.”

As well calling my site https://kafooexpress.com/wp-cron.php does not trigger emails sending.

Using Cron-Control plugin I can see
wacv_execute_cron –> WACVPIncCron->wacv_execute_cron() scheduled.
