The “Lucky wheel” takes up the entire home page – impossible to close it.

Hello,
I integrated the “Lucky wheel” on my site last week.
It worked well for a few days but since this morning, I have a problem because when it appears (on the “Home” page), it takes up the entire page without the possibility of closing it.
This happens on different browsers (Firefox & Chrome) while it is normal on Android or when I preview it on the backoffice.
Obviously, this prevents visitors from viewing my E-commerce.
I just deactivated it on all media (desktop + mobile) but it still appears.
