The side bar cart is not display and the menu cart has a bad display

The module does not display the sidebar menu. I used is_home() to assign to home page, but nothing works. I can’t see the icon at the bottom. I would also like to have some clarification on the use of tags to display the sidebar menu where I want to display it. Do you have clearer documentation?

In addition, the basket in the menu bar is shifted to the right. Which is disturbing.
