The tracking number is not auto filled in the tracking placeholder box

Hi,
1-I’m using the [vi_wot_tracking_more_form] tracking page.
The problem is when you click on the link generated in tracking email is seems ok and the tracking number is added to the url but when the page loads it’s not pre-filled, so the customer need to enter the number and click on the track button.
Could you help with this issue?

2-This is a feature request, Is it possible to add the option to totally delete a tracking number?
