Time interval

Hello

the first notification will be displayed quickly as set. But it takes too long for the next notification to appear. Can I change the interwall? The faster the nortifcation will be displayed.
I would also like to change “About x hours ago” to another language in German. Is that possible?

die erste notification wird wie eingestellt schnell angezeigt. Aber bis die nächste Notfication angezeigt wird dauert mir das zu lange. kann ich das interwall ändern? Das schneller die Nortifcation angezeigt werden.
Ausserdem würde ich gerne “About x hours ago” ändern in eine andere Sprache in Deutsch. Ist das möglich?
