timeline templates one or two are not displayed

Good evening, I have a problem apparently with the plugin, it does not show the timeline templates one or two below the order tracking form.

Additionally, I can’t find how to configure the shipment status and show the drawing or tracking with the dates and events, I use a custom carrier (MyPixelStore).

The following message is displayed below the form: Tracking data is now available now, please come back later. thank you..how can i solve it.?
