Tracking error with TrackingMore

Hi,

I emailed previously about information not being translating on your orders tracking plugin. I began using the TrackingMore API to get around this issue, but it’s recently been brought to my attention that using this API is not free after I began receiving the error ‘Your balance is insufficient, please recharge in time’.

When will the issue with translation be fixed?
