Tracking info in default template but not in custom template

Hello,

I have different templates for emails, for different languages/countries. The thing is that I just found out that the Fedex tracking information (we use a plugin) is not included in customized emails, but it is on the default template. I found out because I placed a test order in Spanish to France, and there wasn’t a template for that, so I guess the default template was used for this.

Is there a way to include that information in custom emails?
