Tracking issue DHL # 9819503583

Hi,
I bought the premium plugin, but i have issue in both tracking orders on my website and even on carrier link. Note that tracking is working on https://www.tracktry.com/ perfectly..

How can i solve the issue:

Website: it’s says that no info available now, try again later or Tracking number is expired or not found in existing orders.

Carrier link for any freight company, the link is opened on DHL website to track, but the plugin is input “tracking number” as a word instead of 9819503583

Pls check how to solve it asap.

Another question, i tested another plugin of yours “Email Template Customizer for WooCommerce” before i buy it, but i faced an issue on my website.. when this plugin is activated, my users/customer cannot place order online. i get a wrong message when checking out… Is it something you are aware about? If this issue can be solved, i will buy this plugin too.
