Cannot get the tracking page to work. It says; “No existing orders or order expired.”
The order is there, the tracking number is imported automatically through ALD.
Everything works great, just it won’t show tracking info from Cainiao, which is what we need. It did work for us on another site some time ago.
Can you please help us with this?
This site is just for testing btw. But we would like it to work, before we implent on the real site.
