Tracking service does not work.

I’ve set up the tracking service as image 1 shows.
I registered a Tracktry account, and input the API to the option(I’m not sure if that is an API?)
And, I tried to track the order on the track order page on my website(Image 2).
And it shows ‘Tracking data is not available now. Please come back later. Thank you.’
Why does it happen like this? What should I do for setting up the tracking service?
