Trackingpage not working

Hi,

I’ve created an account with Trackingmore, generated api and inserted it in the Woocommerce order tracking plugin.
I’ve also created a page for tracking and enabled everything.
When I enter a real tracking number (both DHL Express and CTT Portugal), it says that no tracking data is available.

Any idea why it’s not working?
