transfer prices for delivery from one currency to another

good day! There is such a problem. The price for delivery comes from the tariff table of the postal service in UAH and when placing an order is not converted into USD or other currency. The number remains the same, only the sign of the currency changes and is added to the value of the goods. How can this problem be solved?
