trouble using shortcode

Hi! I started using the plugin but i encountered some trouble.
The Bar is completely disabled on every page, I only use the shortcode on the Cart and Checkout pages.
On Cart the bar works fine (see 1 – On Cart Page Screenshot), but not on Checkout.
Upon loading the Checkout Page the Bar displays correctly but as soon as the Page is fully loaded the bar switches to “Free shipping for buying any products” (Screenshots 2 & 3).
