Twilio- region disabled to send sms

Hi Team,

Recently I added tiwilo but noticed that it is throwing alert messages for some countries, and I am not sure if it is for some countries or for all, as I m using it 1st time, I noticed same error while I was updating few orders tracking manually.

What i need to know is there any configuration which needs to be done at twilio end to send sms to most of the countries? or something like that? where we can check which all countries tiwilio supports.
