Hello, for some reason, the plugin doesn’t send any reminders at all (Email or Facebook) – I attached the screenshot. I set up the Cron Job (screenshot attached) too.
Besides, the plugin doesn’t put the item to the cart time-to-time. Like it puts it only ~20% of the time.
