Unable to change text color in popup box + OceanWP Theme Configuration lost

Hi there,

I purchased the plugin at themeforest for use at oztoylib.com.au. I’m having a problem that the “email text input color” is white which appears to be invisible at frontend.

I tried clicking on “design now” to change the attributes for the popup but it comes up with a blank screen. The screen is the usual customize screen for wordpress but it’s blank. There’s no options on it.

I also went in directly and checked appearance/customize and it’s blank. I then disabled the plugin and then checked appearance/customize and it works. So i am suspecting a conflict with the plugin.

Am hoping i don’t have to give us the plugin and roll things back. My preference is to fix it rather than get my $ back…. 🙂

The fix includes making sure i can change text color for the text input and also make sure i can continue to customize my them as required.
