Unable to Connect 17Track with My Shipping Carrier

    Hi,

    I recently change my API to 17track.
    After connecting the account using 17track plugin with the given API, my tracking number still can’t return with a positive result.

    API: 17track (with their plugin installed)
    with 2000 credits in my account.

    My shipping carrier: Singapore Post (default)

    Please kindly assist on this matter.
