Unable to update

    Hello… despite having an active license and support updated, we are unable to update plugin to the latest version. This is the request from you I got via email: “Oh I see, thank you for the clarification. I just asked our dev team and they confirmed that there’s an error while updating the plugin. The version we published on the change log is 1.1.2, but the actual version of the published file is 1.1.1.1.

    But you said it’s 1.1.1 and still on the list to update, I don’t think it’s normal. I can send you the newest plugin file to update it but I think it’s better to have our dev team look at it first. Can you please just create a ticket and ask them about this as well? ”
    So here I am, creating an additional ticket despite you guys already being aware that there is an issue to update to latest version of the plugin. It´s been weeks now since this issue began. On wordpress, Bopo first appears to need and update. I click and get an “update successful” but the version is still the same and it continues to say it needs to be updated. So, in short there is “no error” but it does not update in practical terms.
