unlucky users claiming they have won a spot prize

Hi, we are running the lucky wheel on one of our client websites. They have several users that are claiming that on spinning the wheel, the wheel told them they were a winner. However, the admin area says they were unlucky. This is an employee only website, so we don’t think the claims are illegitimate.

Can you advise why this may be happening?
