Unnecessary information in emails

Hello,
After contacting Woocommerce, then the other plugin that generate unnecessary data in my emails, both told me to contact you. So I want to ask you how to remove this data (see attached file) from my emails. It is not useful for the customer and not beautiful.

Thank you in advance for your help, it’s been several months that I’m fighting to find the solution.
