Update key can’t Save & Check Key

I have purchased new key for 12 months there is expire may 2024. My site is inosaki.com
I been try save & check key is not working. And attach picture 1 is show all are not expire.
But in my wordpress dashboard show i am expired July 2022. Even i try to replace it with new auto update key still not working. the apps just loading without responding forever.

you may check the attach table picture 1, I was renew 2 times without active on any domain name. mean I pay for nothing.
