Update key issue and need help

I have purchase ALD on codecanyon.My purchase key : 6f518c8d-aa4a-498b-9037-ef4eb91cf45c
when i get the auto update key from site:https://villatheme.com/my-download/#
I put the key in to the plugin update and click save&check key.There is no response at all
On my server side have a log like this:

My mysql server version is 8.0.36
I don’t know what todo next, I have try to clear all caches.
Please give me a fix way.
