UPS Live rate capability

Hello, Team.

My UPS live rating is now calculated in HKD currency and does not support multi-currency. It works well when my client checks out with HKD. When the user chooses a currency other than the default, the UPS live rate will not operate. I’m aware that there are Flexible Shipping UPS Pro versions that accept Multi-currency, but I don’t want to pay a yearly fee for it. Is there a way to submit HKD to them and swap their pricing for a user-selected currency? Or, do you have a one-time payment plan in place to deal with it?

Working scenario:
Add the product in HKD > Checkout > UPS live rate works and respond the price in HKD

Non-working scenario(want to make it works):
Add the product in USD > Checkout > UPS live rate wont works and no response
