Upsell gateway

Hi,
I don’t use paypal or stripe due to the restrictions in my country. I have cart all in one plugin. Can I use upsell feature? Is this flow possible:

1.Customers click place order (without entering credit card info)
2. Upsell pop up appears. They add to the cart
3. They are beeing redirected to payment page in which they enter credit card details
4. Payment completed and redirecting thank you page.
