upsell only for a specific category

I have different shop categories in my shop.
For example clothes and bikes.

I only want to have that the upsell is specific for the clothes.

Because I have added a coupon when the user has 100€ in the cart. only valid for clothes.

Now the user add a bike for 500€ to the cart.
After that he get the pop up for the 100€ coupon and get a forwarding to the cart. but the coupon isnt valid for that bike. only for clothes.
