URGENT – Coupon code is not working correctly

I have sale on my website running for the weekend only!
I can’t for the life of me figure out what is going wrong. I am losing sales, and credibility. Customers are only getting discount on 1 product. At least that’s what looks like is happening. I have used various % discounts on the wheel as the prizes, so I assumed that meant they would get a % off their entire cart. It is not happening. I went and looked at settings, and I saw a setting that said “Limit usage to X items (The maximum number of individual items this coupon can apply to when using product discount.)” It had been set at 1 so I increased it to 50, but it is still not working.
