Urgent: Currency not switching

At first i was excited to use your plugin as the support is great but just 1 week into using it -its not switching the currency. Sometimes it does and other times it doesnt. I’ve tried clearing the caches too on instances it does not convert. Currently though its just not switching the currency. I’ve mentioned the site url.

In the Private section i’ve sent all the plugin setting screenshots (URL’s and not uploaded) im using . Other important plugin information like important third party plugins i use.

This will help you resolve the issue but please make sure you resolve this as whenever this happens we end up loosing hundreds of dollars. Hope you understand how important this is.
