Urgent: Image Import Issue After Plugin Purchase

Dear Support Team,

I recently purchased your S2W – Import Shopify to WooCommerce plugin and attempted to import my products. Unfortunately, it seems that the images associated with the products did not upload successfully. Upon checking the media section, I noticed that the same image is being uploaded over and over again.

Despite my attempts to empty the queue, I am unable to resolve the issue or update the missing images. The queue appears to contain 135,424 images. Given that the primary reason for my purchase was the product import feature, I kindly request your prompt assistance in rectifying this matter.
