Urgent: Multi-Currency Plugin Tabs Are Unresponsive

    Dear VillaTheme Support Team,

    I am experiencing a critical issue with your multi-currency plugin. My developer has already installed, activated, and configured both the default Curcy and premium Curcy plugins, but I am unable to interact with the settings properly.

    Issue Summary:
    The plugin’s tabs (e.g., Location, Checkout, Updates) are completely unresponsive.
    I cannot open any settings, change features, or configure options.
    The only available action is adding currencies, but I am unable to access any other functionality.
    The issue persists across different browsers and devices.
    The plugin appears to be active, but it is essentially frozen.
    Developer’s Notes:
    (As advised by my developer, I am reaching out to confirm if this issue is related to the plugin version or a bug.)

    Hi,

    I have purchased the premium plugin, but the tabs at the top under Settings are not working and do not allow me to click any other tab (Location, Checkout, Updates, etc.).

    When I click on activate, nothing happens.

    I have tried a direct URL:
    /wp-admin/?page=woocommerce-multi-currency#update
    to access the update page and enter the license key, but this tab is not selecting or showing on the page.

    Is there a newer version than 2.3.6?
    If not, can you provide a repository for previous versions? This version is not letting me access any of the settings.

    I have the default Curcy installed and activated.
    I have the premium Curcy installed and activated.

    Steps Taken So Far:
    Cleared website and browser cache.
    Tested in multiple browsers (Chrome, Safari).
    Ensured all plugins and themes are up to date.
    Disabled other plugins to check for conflicts (issue persists).
    Checked browser console for JavaScript errors
    Could you please assist me in resolving this issue as soon as possible? If necessary, I can provide additional information or grant temporary admin access for debugging.
