Urgent – Tracking information are not showing in emails anymore

Dear VillaTheme support,

I have a shipment tracking plugin Pro called Advanced Shipment Tracking that send out delivery update emails such as out for delivery, in transit, delivered, etc. When I have Woo Email Template Customizer active all of these emails don’t send anymore, it used to work with the WC hook and now it doesn’t. I really need this to work as fast as possible because we process around 300 orders per day and imagine how many customer will contact us per day asking for tracking information. I will pay you as much as you want but I need this to get fixed ASAP because we will not process the orders until this fixed. Also, if you do me a customization to do it without the hook. Please let me know ASAP. Sincerely
