URL Parameter does not go away

When the autodetect select a current other than my base currency the page usually loads properly and shows the auto detected currency but after a few seconds the page reloads and add a url parameter /?v=3e8d115eb4b3

I have tried every possible combo of settings and used the Switch Currency using JS, tried without my caching plugin etc and it also seems to populate with this parameter.
