Dear Support
I have 2 languages on my website: French and English.
I have set up templates for both languages and i have also set up the language option in the template page.
But when an english client makes an order, he receives an email in French for the creation of his account and reception of his password.
I have double checked the templates, both in French and English, and it should not be like that.
Is there a solution to my problem because it is annoying not to have the correct language?
