Variation Image Appears squeezed

Hey,
Please look at the image attached.

Problem 1

The variation image is appeared squeezed. How do I fix that. Can you let me know the steps and my developer will take care of it

How can I make the Variations appear on the next line ?

How can I place the design before the sizes ?

Problem 4

Can the images be shown as soon as the design is selected ? Right now it will only change when the both size and design is selected. Please help thanks
