Wheel is not aligning in desktop or mobile (landing page)

Hi,
we are struggling for days now with the view on a single page (full width container) and we cannot get the wheel in center on mobile or deskkop view.

We would like the wheel to be either on top or bottom of text field (mobile, desktop), or aligned left on desktop (next to text fields) and center on mobile.

No type of CSS is helping us.

Please help us.
