WooCommerce Abandoned Cart Recovery

I use Plivo API for your plugin wordpress : WooCommerce Abandoned Cart Recovery
It doesn’t work :'(
But Plivo says the problem come from the plugin, all is OK in my Plivo account.
The problem is that i can’t send test sms. I have a error message : Could not resolve source number for powerpack id – …………
