WooCommerce Free Shipping Bar Premium Conflict with SiteGround’s SG Optimizer

I have a WordPress website hosted on SiteGround. The WooCommerce Free Shipping Bar Premium seems to be working ok (site not open yet). However, when I go to the SG Optimizer plugin it says there is a critical error on the site. Most of the Optimizer plugin works, but when I go to the page to set settings for front end, which include things like minifying CSS or Java script, no setting can be activated.

I disabled all plugins and reactivated them one by one and found it to be a conflict with the WooCommerce Free Shipping Bar Premium. I contacted SiteGround support and they said there was nothing they could do because it was a conflict with this plugin. I really like both plugins and would like to be able to use both. Is this something you can look into or do I just have to remove the SG Optimizer plugin?
