Woocommerce Notification Not working on Mobile

I need some help, What do i need to do to get my notifications to work on my mobile phone? both settings are activated inside the settings area, one for desktop and the other for mobile.
I do use WP Cache pro plugin and i do clear the cache after major changes.
Do i need to give it time to just kick in or do i have to do something else? Please explain the easiest
way to fix this.

The mobile phone is not showing at all and i use google chrome.
